While cannabis is legal everywhere now, Edmonton’s central neighbourhoods, with their bustling main street retail and multi-family buildings, are going to see a lot of new businesses come and go and a fair number of bylaw precedents set.
At the winter 2018 magazine launch, Yards publisher Simon Yackulic spoke with some local experts and interested parties about issues we’ve already seen and some we’re still expecting.
