EQ Corrections – December 2017

This is a listing of all items we updated through December 2017. The changes could include details added to a story after it was published, a correction or other notable alterations we want be transparent about. The changes are also noted on the original stories and posts. (This does not include copy editing, such as typos, or adding a link if it had no effect on the story content.)

Edmonton Headlines: Friday, December 15, 2017

Change: Later in the day we added a new story from CTV Edmonton about a stop-work order on the Valley Line LRT tunnel work.  

Reason: We had been talking about the 2018 plans for the LRT extension, but the organization responsible for building the line didn’t mention the stop-work order in their big year-end update to Edmonton newsrooms. Adding the story with this detail obviously takes a little bit of the shine off the progress (and wouldn’t have been there for our first Headlines readers of the day).
